At Viking Culinary, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade cookware and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unused products in their original Viking packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized UPS location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
